फसलों के अच्छे उत्पादन के लिए जमीन ही आधार है तथा इसकी उर्वरा शक्ति से ही अगले सीजन की जो भी फसल होती है उसके उत्पादन पर प्रभाव पड़ता है गर्मी की फसल यानी रबी की फसलों के बाद भूमि में जीवांश नष्ट ना हो इसके लिए नरवाई नहीं जलाई जाए क्योंकि उसके कारण जमीन के अंदर बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण जीव जंतु जो की जमीन की उर्वरा शक्ति को बढ़ाते हैं वह नरवाई जलाने के कारण नष्ट हो जाते हैं इसलिए सर्वप्रथम तो गेहूं धान आदि की जो भी नरवाई है उसको जलाया नहीं जाए बल्कि उसे रोटावेटर आदि के द्वारा जमीन में मिला दिया जाए या स्ट्रा रीपर द्वारा उसका भूसा प्राप्त कर लिया जाए दूसरी चीज हर 2 साल के बाद जमीन को गहरी जुताई प्लाव के द्वारा की जाए उससे एक तो भूमि का पलटा हो जाता है और दूसरा उसके अंदर पाए जाने वाले जो इंसेक्ट्स कीड़े होते हैं उनके बीज भी नष्ट हो जाते हैं तथा फफूंदआदि का भी उनके बीजाणु का भी सूरज की रोशनी के कारण तेज धूप के कारण उनसे भी जमीन को छुटकारा मिल जाता है तथा इन चीजों का भी फसलों पर प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से प्रभाव पड़ता है तथा रोगों की क्षमता कम हो जाती है और उत्पादन भी बढ़ जाता है इसलिए किसान भाइयों को इन बातों का विशेष ध्यान रखना चाहिए भूमि का रखरखाव करना बहुत जरूरी है साथ ही जमीन का ढलान भी व्यवस्थित करना चाहिए क्योंकि तेज बारिश के समय हर साल भूमि का अपरदन होता है तथा ऊपर की जो उर्वरा शक्ति भूमि में पाई जाती है जो काफी महत्वपूर्ण होती है जिसमें आवश्यक पोषक तत्व होते हैं अगर खेत से निकल जाते हैं तो इससे काफी नुकसान होता है ऐसे भूमि क्षरण को रोकने के लिए भी मेढ के ऊपर अच्छी तरह के पौधे लगाना चाहिए जो भूमि के कटाव को रोकते हैं इससे भी किसान भाइयों को काफी फायदा होगा इसलिए भूमि को बचाना बहुत आवश्यक है उसके साथ ही भूमि की धारण क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए उसमें गोबर की खाद कंपोस्ट आदि का अधिक से अधिक मात्रा में उपयोग करना चाहिए इससे भी भूमि में विषाक्तता कम होती है तथा जीवांश बढ़ते हैं और उसका स्वास्थ्य ठीक रहता है इसलिए इन चीजों का विशेष ध्यान रखना चाहिए क्योंकि अगर धरती स्वस्थ रहेगी तभी स्वस्थ फसलें पैदा होंगी और उर्वरा शक्ति पर ही आपकी फसलों के उत्पादन व किसानों का भविष्य आधारित है धन्यवाद
